It's no secret that I definitely have a thing for chicks in bands with almost no exceptions. Which is why I personally enjoy the video for Camera Obscura's "French Navy" from their forthcoming disc "My Maudlin Career". The video is somewhat travel-oriented, and the playful couple (at the risk of coming off soft) gives you that 'I want to fall in love all over again' vibe.
And good news for those of us who weren't lucky enough to catch one of their many SXSW sets (or not rich enough, or not brave enough to fight through the crowds) they will be back at the Loft on 6-16!

Me likey the Camera Obscura! I'm glad to see they are coming back to The D. The Loft will be a perfect place for them to play.
The Loft is such an excellent venue, especially for indie bands. It's so tiny and yet it has 2 bars, very intimate setting, the bands have to walk through the crowd to get up to the stage, sweet balcony area, and not to mention the floor that bows when everyone starts dancing.

p.s. I agree, Camera Obscura will totally kill it there.
spot on with the video description! i'm been with my lady for almost eight years and this video made me wanna go home an squeeze her real tight or go on a walk or something.
